Plotselinge lange of korte regenbuien zijn niet vreemd. Trek je naar de hoger geleden gebieden, hou er dan rekening mee dat de temperatuur in de avonduren flink kan gaan dalen. Wat neem je mee aan kleding: Katoenen kleding, een jasje of vestje, goede loopschoenen. Ga je naar het binnenland, neem dan niet teveel bagage mee.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Bescherming tegen de zon</b></div><div>Drink voldoende water. Het water uit de kraan is van goede kwaliteit en kan dus zo gedronken worden. Draag een hoed. Gebruik zonnebrandcreme, SPF 30 of hoger.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Muggen</b></div><div>Gebruik antimuggencreme met deet. Smeer de creme 45 minuten na het aanbrengen van dezonnebrand creme, op je huid. J. van Blommestein Meer.
